Home renovation expert and designer Keith Bynum, along with his partner, builder, and carpenter Evan Thomas, dream of restoring Detroit’s iconic American neighborhoods one house at a time. They strip houses down to the studs and design fully furnished starter homes. The duo developed an interest in Detroit revitalization and moved to Motor City to start their own company focusing on buying, renovating, and selling real estate.

Keith brings a new perspective to the traditional flip model, and his passion for the Detroit community has inspired a more sustainable and economical approach to renovations. Evan’s analytical and research experience gives them a fresh perspective on market and project analysis. Evan also utilizes his extensive experience in process analysis to create efficiency and cost savings on home construction. Although newcomers to the Detroit area, they have fallen in love with the city and look forward to contributing to the continued revitalization efforts of Detroit. The pair also competed on Season 3 of Rock the Block and Barbie Dreamhouse Challenge.
