Our team was very honored to receive 3 Contractor of the Year awards from our local NARI in 2021.
First, an Upper Arlington Cape Cod, where we opened up the space, added classic white cabinetry, and built a petite island with loads of fresh lighting.
The second award was for a charming Clintonville kitchen. We rotated the kitchen layout 180-degrees, providing better views to the backyard. Installing painted custom cabinetry in nature-tones and soapstone-like granite countertops gave an overall classic cottage aesthetic and feel. Cork flooring and a butcher block countertop warm up the whole kitchen.
Last but not least, our third local award came for this built-in wine enclosure. With space for over 150 bottles of wine, we wrapped the soffit, walls and base in a layer of striking patterned stone. Adding up-lights integrated into the slab allows for varied lighting throughout the day and evening.
