1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Ohio, age 18 or older, who are homeowners and are physically present at the Haus Studio house located at 1673 Berkshire Rd, Columbus, OH 43221 during the NARI of Central Ohio Home Tour on either:

• Friday, August 23, 2025 (10 AM – 5 PM) or

• Saturday, August 24, 2025 (12 PM – 5 PM).

Entrants must provide their name, home address, phone number, and valid email address in person to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per household. Employees of Haus Studio, their immediate family members, affiliates, and agents are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must attend the Haus Studio house during the dates and hours listed above and complete an in-person entry form. No digital, phone, or mail-in entries will be accepted. All entries must be received during tour hours to be eligible.

3. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive a “Mini Renovation” package with a retail value up to $10,000, which includes:

• Up to 50 sq. ft. of Cambria 3cm Luxury Quartz Countertop (retail value: $7,200 at $144/sq ft)

• One (1) Brizo Touch Kitchen Faucet (retail value: $1,200)

• One (1) Worktop Elkay Sink (retail value: $650)

• Countertop removal up to 50 sq. ft. (labor value: $500)

• Basic plumbing reconnection (labor value: $450)

The total maximum retail value is $10,000. If the winner’s renovation includes less than 50 sq. ft. of countertop, no credit, refund, or cash value will be provided for the unused portion.

4. Prize Conditions

• The winner must have the renovation project completed within 12 months from the date of winner selection.

• A detailed project quote will be provided before any work begins.

• The winner will be responsible for any costs exceeding the $10,000 package value.

• All work is limited to within Haus Studio’s service area and must meet feasibility standards as determined by Haus Studio during site evaluation.

• Renovation work must be done at the winner’s primary residence.

• No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted, except at Haus Studio’s sole discretion.

• Prize is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

• Winner must be within a 50 mile radius of 270 loop

5. Winner Selection and Announcement

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced live on Instagram (@hausstudiocolumbus) on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. The winner will also be contacted directly via phone and/or email.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Publicity & Privacy

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entry information will be collected solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Haus Studio and its affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Haus Studio reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Giveaway at its discretion.

8. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
